The Hero’s Journey,
Integrative Wellness Mentoring Program

For a more individual and specific mentoring process, I take on a select group of clients to mentor 1:1. During our time together over six months, we focus on a variety of modalities to achieve optimal health and vitality.

My expertise is helping individuals on their journey with, but not limited to, auto-immune disorders, gastrointestinal imbalance, and hormone related issues— especially fibroids, endometriosis, postpartum, and PCOS. Also, I focus primarily on emotional well being and healing from chronic stress, generalized anxiety and situational depression, heartbreak, being “burnt out”, and grief.

The six month program looks at your total wellbeing, following my LG Pillars of Well-being, exploring nutrition and exercise habits, to spiritual practices and relational health, and home life to diagnoses. This means we will explore holistic health, which is related to primary and secondary food. Secondary food is what goes on the plate, primary food is everything else. Most often, healing has little to do with adjusting a “diet” and more to exploring stress and imbalance caused through insufficient awareness of primary well-being.

Each month, the program applies differing theories of total health, but each meeting is expertly tailored to the clients needs and experience. We connect weekly, through virtual check-ins and video conferencing. Most clients experience life-altering results in the six months, from finally finding a diagnosis to pivoting their careers to their dreams. Watching you all 180 your life to one that is vibrant, vital, and whole is such a joy and honor.

In mentoring, my goal is to work with the client to empower them as experts of their own health. I support clients as an advocate for the best practices for their own healing, placing them as the expert of their health and wellness.

Strategies and concepts explored and applied in mentoring are:

food journaling, elimination diet to target inflammation, meditation and mantra, lifestyle habits for longevity, healthy pantry makeover, grocery and market tours, mindfulness techniques, vagal toning for automatic nervous system support, healing the gut microbiome, altering diet and lifestyle choices for optimal health, herbalism, developing daily habits to transform health, somatic movement, narrative therapy, etc.
