Our One Wild & Precious Life

In this series, I curate small group workshops or corporate events based on the interest and needs of private groups, in partnership with a host/s of event. This can be a curated, inspirational talk or a more intimate workshop.

One-off or repeating events can be arranged in person or digitally. It is an incredible way to thrive your relationships, personally or within the workspace, around wellness, authenticity, and healing. Not only will it strengthen bonds among the group, but likely grow new friendships.

Research shows time and time again that the quality of our relationships determine our health. As social beings, we mimic those around us. Those with strong relationships tend to live longer, can better handle stress, live an overall healthier life, and be more resistant to colds. In the Blue Zones, areas where people live the longest and healthiest lives, relationships are an integral aspect, even more important than diet in determining quality of life. Let’s work to create your own Sangha, a group of friends that is centered on living vital, healthy lifestyles, creatively encouraging depth and growth in each other.

Group size and duration of workshop is determined within a complimentary 30 minute consult. Here we discuss the group needs and intentions of the workshop. The focus and practices done in the workshop are centered around the broad concept of creating more vital and abundant wellness in the lives of the individuals and group.
