In this micro-workshop and gathering, we explore the traditions of Spring Equinox and how to use the natural seasonal rhythms in our creative spiritual practices. In the seminar we explore using the archetypal themes of Spring Equinox to create restorative rituals, those times when we need the proverbial fresh air through opened windows to move out stagnate energy.

In addition to learning archetypes and stories of Spring, exploring various practices to embody the equinox, you will also be guided through a visualization and meditation. Where you can use these practices in the Spring season, you can also use these practices any time you need to hit the “reset’ button and find some fresh, fertile inspiration in your life!
