Pillars of Well-Being: Authentic Connections & Almost Famous

after years of working with others, and being on this path myself, I have found these to be the twelve archetypal pillars to overall wellness. 

First, analyze where you fall on feeling satisfied or dissatisfied on Authentic Connections in your life right now. Next, use the ideas and questions here to freely journal, exploring where you may be self-censoring in a way that hinders you being able to show up authentically and connect with those around you. Start where you can control, yourself. Revise accordingly.
